AI that does the work
your team never gets to.
Every company has a list of jobs that matter but never make it to the top of anyone’s day: the enquiry that sat unanswered for eleven hours, the German distributor nobody followed up with, the 400 CVs no one screened properly. We build agents that do those jobs — in your language and thirty others.
No inflated numbers on this page. We are a small senior team, not a 200-person agency, and the systems we point to are ones we built and still operate. If you want vanity metrics, most of our competitors have them.
What we build
Four capabilities. Most projects combine two or three of them.
AI Agent Development
Agents that run a real workflow end to end — read the inbox, check the CRM, draft the reply, book the call — not a chatbot bolted onto a FAQ.

Autonomous Lead Generation
Find the companies that match your buyer profile, verify they are real, score them, and hand your sales team a shortlist instead of a spreadsheet.

Multilingual AI & Translation
Sell and support in languages you do not speak — with review workflows, glossary control and a human in the loop where it matters.

Custom LLM Fine-Tuning
When prompting stops being enough: models tuned on your own data, evaluated against your own test set, deployed on hardware you control.

Where we work
We are not industry-agnostic. These four sectors share a problem we have solved repeatedly: high-value enquiries arriving in many languages, at times nobody is at a desk.
AI for Exporters & Manufacturers
Find distributors and buyers in markets whose language you do not speak, and follow up without hiring a rep in every country.

Answer treatment enquiries in the patient’s language within seconds, qualify them properly, and stop losing leads to a slow WhatsApp reply.

How an engagement runs
-
We find the workflow worth automating
A call and a short written scope. Sometimes the honest answer is that a form and a rota beat an agent — we will say so, and it costs you nothing.
-
One workflow, built end to end
Two to six weeks. Real data, your tools, your tone of voice, and an evaluation set so we can prove the agent behaves before it touches a customer.
-
You watch it run
Every action is logged and reviewable. For the first weeks a human approves anything that leaves the building. Autonomy is earned, not switched on at launch.
-
We operate it, or you take the keys
Monthly retainer if you want it run and improved. Full handover — code, prompts, evaluations, docs — if you would rather own it. Both are fine.
Proof, not promises
The fastest way to judge an AI shop is to look at what it runs for itself. These are our own products, live and in production.
A lead-capture agent for clinics
A chatbot that qualifies treatment enquiries, handles WhatsApp, and hands a structured lead to the clinic — including handover to a human mid-conversation.
An SEO platform with its own crawler
A backlink graph of billions of edges, a polite crawler, and a local model that turns raw findings into a prioritised action list. Built and hosted by us.
A 5,000-page multilingual migration
A travel site translated into eleven languages with locally-hosted models — real URLs and hreflang, not a JavaScript language switcher.
Common questions
How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?
A chatbot answers a question and stops. An agent completes a task: it reads a source, decides what to do, uses a tool — your CRM, your inbox, a booking system — and reports back. The interesting work is in the tools and the guardrails, not in the conversation.
How long does a first project take?
Two to six weeks for a first working agent on a single, well-defined workflow. We start with one workflow on purpose, so you can judge a real result before committing to more.
Do you use OpenAI, Claude, or open models?
Whichever fits the job and the budget. High-volume repetitive work usually runs on open models we host, which removes per-token cost entirely. Work that needs the strongest reasoning runs on a frontier API. Most builds use both, and we tell you which is which.
Where does our data go?
Wherever you require. We can run the whole pipeline on hardware we control, or inside your own cloud account. For law firms and clinics this is usually the first question, and it shapes the architecture rather than being patched on afterwards.
What if AI is the wrong answer?
Then we say so on the first call. A good deal of what gets sold as AI is a form, a filter and a notification. We would rather lose the project than build something you will quietly switch off in three months.
Tell us what your team keeps not getting to.
A 30-minute call. We tell you whether an agent is the right tool for it, what it would take to build, and what it would cost to run — before anyone signs anything.
