Tell us what you want automated
Write two paragraphs about the workflow. We reply within one working day with either a first opinion or a question — and if we think AI is the wrong tool for it, we will say so before you have spent anything.
What to include
Four short answers make the first reply far more useful than a discovery call would be:
- The workflow. What happens today, who does it, and roughly how many times a week.
- The systems involved. Which CRM, inbox, booking system or internal tool the work touches.
- The languages. Which languages your customers write in, and which ones you can answer.
- The constraint. Anything that rules out sending data to a third party — sector rules, client agreements, internal policy.
What happens next
- Within one working day — a written reply saying whether this looks like a good candidate and what the likely shape is.
- If it does — a 30-minute call with the person who would build it. No sales engineer, no slide deck.
- If you want to proceed — a fixed-fee discovery producing a written scope and estimate that you keep either way.
The first call
Thirty minutes, with the person who would build the thing rather than a sales engineer. We will ask what happens today, where it breaks, and who would own the result internally. By the end you should have a clear view of whether this is a two-week problem or a two-quarter one, and whether it is worth doing at all. There is no deck.
If you would rather not start with a call, say so and we will reply in writing. Some of the best projects we have run began as a long email from someone who had already thought hard about the problem.
Confidentiality
We treat anything you send as confidential from the first message, and we are happy to sign your NDA before a detailed conversation rather than after it. If your sector makes that a precondition — legal, medical, anything under a client agreement — send the document and we will return it signed.
If we are not the right people
We will tell you, and where we can we will point you at who is. That includes the case where the honest answer is that you need a developer for a week rather than an AI project, which happens more often than the industry likes to admit.
We are a small team. That means we sometimes say we are booked until a given month rather than pretending otherwise. If timing matters, say so in the first message.
