The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising network, no social media pixel and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Pages are static files.
The exceptions
- Security and delivery. Our content delivery and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to identify trusted traffic and mitigate attacks. It is not used to profile you and cannot be switched off without disabling protection for the site.
- Fonts. Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers and they will see your IP address. No cookie is set by that request.
Why there is no banner
Consent banners exist because most sites load tracking scripts before you have agreed to anything. This site is a set of static HTML files: there is no session, no login, no basket, no profile and no advertising network, so there is nothing that would require your consent and nothing to remember about you between visits.
We took that decision deliberately. We could learn useful things about which pages are read, but not enough to justify placing a tracker on the machine of someone who is merely reading about our services. If we want to know whether this page works, we can ask the people who contact us.
What this means in practice
- Nothing about your visit is stored in your browser by us.
- Nothing identifies you across visits, or across other websites.
- Clearing your cookies changes nothing about how this site behaves for you.
- Blocking third-party requests entirely will change only the typeface you see.
Systems we build for clients
This notice covers this website only. Where we build a chat assistant, portal or agent that runs on a client’s own site, that system has its own cookie and consent requirements, which we design with the client and which appear in their privacy notice rather than ours.
If we ever add analytics
We would choose a cookieless, privacy-preserving option and update this page before switching it on. If a change ever requires consent, you will be asked for it.
