AI for exporters and manufacturers

Export growth is usually limited by attention, not demand. There is a distributor in Lyon who would carry your line, and the reason they do not is that nobody has written to them in French, and nobody followed up the two times they half-replied.

What the year usually looks like

You exhibit at two or three trade fairs and come home with a stack of cards. Perhaps a third get entered into a system. A handful receive a follow-up email in English. Then the quarter ends, the production schedule gets difficult, and the rest quietly expire. Meanwhile enquiries arrive through the website in Spanish, Polish and Arabic, and are answered — days later — in English, or not at all.

None of this is negligence. It is a capacity problem, and it is exactly the shape of problem an agent handles well, because the work is repetitive, language-bound and time-sensitive.

Where we start

Market mapping

Pick one country. We build a verified list of the companies in it that plausibly buy what you make — importers, distributors, wholesalers, contract manufacturers — from registries, trade directories, association lists and exhibitor catalogues. Each is checked for existence, size band and product fit, and scored against the customers you already sell to profitably.

The output is a real number: how many genuine buyers exist in that market and how many are reachable. Frequently that number itself changes the plan, because it turns out the market you assumed was small is large, or the reverse.

First contact in their language

Outreach written per company, referencing something specific about them, in the language they work in. Throttled, opt-out respecting, and routed to a human the moment anyone replies with a real question.

Enquiry handling around the clock

Website and inbox enquiries answered within minutes, in the sender’s language, with approved price bands and lead times, capturing the qualifying details your sales team always asks for: volume, incoterms, certification requirements, target delivery window. Anything touching contracts, discounts or exclusivity stops and waits for a person.

Documentation drudgery

Product sheets, technical specifications and catalogues translated and kept in step across markets, with a locked glossary so a material grade or a certification is never rendered two different ways.

The measurement that matters. Not leads generated. Time-to-first-reply on inbound enquiries, and the share of trade-fair contacts that receive three follow-ups instead of one. Both are easy to measure, and both move within a month.

What this does not replace

It does not replace an agent on the ground who can visit a factory, negotiate terms and be trusted at a dinner. It removes the reason you never get far enough to need one: the first two hundred conversations that must happen before a market is worth a plane ticket.

Pick one market and test it.

Give us a country and your buyer profile. Within two weeks you will know how many verified buyers exist there and how many are reachable.
